Owen's Japanese Journey

こんにちわ。 レエシユ　です。 This week I watched several episodes of Bleach. I started watching Bleach over the spring and have slowly been working my way through it. The world building is excellent and there is a significant inspiration drawn from traditional Japanese culture. The characters are all well crafted, especially the primary antagonist Sosuke Aizen あいぜん　そすけ。In addition all of the voice acting, cinematography, and animation are excellent. I am attempting to finish Bleach before the new season air this coming October after years of hiatus. The new season will be animated by Studio Pierrot and the returning composer is one of my favorite Japanese anime music composers, Shiro Sagisu さぎす　しろさん。My favorite music he has composed is the music from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Overall I highly recommend Bleach to any lover of anime, and I'm so excited for the new season!!! Current Rating: 9.5/10 あれがとございます。

 みな、こんにちわ。 This week I watched the anime Btooom! It is a fairly standard anime where a bunch of people are forced onto an island where they are then given explosives and told that the only way off the island is by collecting tokens. These tokens can unfortunately only be collected by killing other players. The story follows the main character さかもと　りょた　and his romantic interest ひみき. So far I rate the show a 7.5/10 ありがとございます。 レエシユ　オエン。

 こんばんわ、レエシデス。 I have watched a lot of anime, It was the start of my significant interest in Japanese culture and art. My personal favorites are Naruto, Kimetsu no Yaiba, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Kingdom, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Mononoke, Jojo, and the list goes on. Watching anime has helped me become far better acquainted with all aspects of Japanese culture and language but has most helped by slowly building up word recognition and understanding of the sound structure.
